Tour Description

This orphanage is situated in the Nairobi National Park and is home to orphaned baby elephants who have lost their mothers to poaching or other tragedy. One can foster a baby elephant. Feeding is at 11:00 o’clock. Imagine walking around with 10 or so elephant calves! Daphne and her dedicated staff raise them to be released back into the wild when they are ready.

Details Itinerary

Itinerary
  • 9:00 AM: Pickup from Nairobi hotel

  • 10:00 AM: Transfer to David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage (via Nairobi National Park if required)

  • 11:00 AM: Arrive for public viewing and feeding session (1 hour)

  • 12:00 PM: Optional fostering or conservation talk

  • 1:00 PM: Return drop-off to hotel
